▊ Project Background
On March 10, 2023, NETA Auto's first overseas plant – NETA Auto Thailand Eco-Smart Factory – broke ground in Khlong Toei District, Bangkok, Thailand. This marks the first Thai plant built by a new Chinese automotive force. As planned, it will include three major process workshops: welding, painting, and final assembly. Upon completion, the plant will have an annual production capacity of 20,000 units and is scheduled to start operation at the end of January 2024. Meanwhile, NETA Auto announced the signing of a cooperation agreement with Thailand's BGAC (Bangchan General Assembly Co., Ltd.), with the need for a unified and secure wireless and wired network solution for both the office and the new plant.
